               Delegate Doyle moves to amend the bill on pages 1 and 2, lines 1 through 49, by striking section 4g in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

               “Effective for taxable years beginning after December 31, 2022, there shall be standard deduction of $7,000.00 for all filers.”
